The FAFSA form is changing this year due to the FAFSA Simplification Act. While students typically complete it starting October 1, there is a one-time delay. College Application Month is part of a national initiative to increase the number of first-generation and low-income students pursuing a college degree or other higher education credential. North Dakota high schools can be a part of it by hosting an event in October. BND offers tips and resources to help with event planning and pays for one $35 application fee per senior when they apply to a North Dakota college during your school’s event.
