Infrastructure Loans

BND assists communities and the state by addressing infrastructure needs with these programs. These loans are administered in compliance with requirements established by the State Legislature.

The BND Infrastructure Loan Fund provides loans to political subdivisions for repair, replacement and new infrastructure projects. Through June 30, 2017, the project must be implemented by an eligible North Dakota subdivision. Applications for all North Dakota subdivisions will be accepted July 17-28, 2017.
