Are the User and Administration Guides available on your website?

How many days of account history are available?
It will be available for ninety days. But keep in mind October 29 was the first day live account activity was sent.
Do I need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to print reports?
Yes, you need Adobe Acrobat Reader 8 or 9 installed.
Do I need a PIN number when logging in with my token?
No, a PIN number is no longer required.
I’m used to seeing debits first when viewing account activity instead of credits, can this be changed?
Yes, you can drag any of the column headings to where you would like them. You can also go into the environment settings and hide columns.
When I export an ACH File it saves as a .txt, can I save the report in another format?
No, it must be a .txt.
