After savings, grants and scholarships, BND recommends you take federal Direct Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized Student Loans before any others. If those aren’t enough, our student loan program offers preferred rates for North Dakota residents

The DEAL Student Loan can help you cover the cost of attending college if federal loans, grants, scholarships and savings don’t meet funding needs. Addiction Counselor Internship Loan (ACIL)
The Addiction Counselor Internship Loan (ACIL) provides assistance while completing work experience in a licensed addiction treatment facility under the supervision of a clinical supervisor registered by the North Dakota Board of Addiction Counseling Examiners.
