BND will place orders for foreign drafts. You will be charged a $40 fee per foreign draft.
BND customers can order a foreign draft in person at BND. North Dakota residents who are not customers or live outside the Bismarck-Mandan area can order a draft through their local financial institution. You will be charged a $40 fee per foreign draft.
