BND coordinates acceptance of credit card payments for all state agencies. State agencies, boards, commissions and higher education institutions are required by Century Code to use BND’s merchant services program for credit card processing.

Agencies may accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through a variety of options such as using a terminal in your office or having customers pay online. Rates depend on the type of credit cards accepted and the method the card is processed, or there is an option to pass the credit card processing fees on to the consumer.
