Bank of North Dakota to host Cass County Launch Party

Bismarck, N.D. (August 22, 2024) – Bank of North Dakota and partners are bringing back the Cass County Launch Party to parents of Cass County high school students, along with college students. The event will be held Thursday, Sept. 5, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Essentia Health Plaza at The Lights, 3150 Sheyenne Street in West Fargo.

There will be giveaway prizes that include cash and a 2025 high school senior graduation party at the POW/MIA Plaza in downtown West Fargo and a $250 catering certificate.

This high-energy, fast-paced event brings subject-matter experts to one convenient location where attendees can get lots of answers. Whether a teen is heading straight to a career, into the military or some type of education beyond high school, parents don’t want to miss this free event to learn more about what their child needs to think about when it comes to money. If a child is on the education track, parents will get answers on applying for financial aid and avoiding too much student loan debt. If they’re heading straight to the workforce or military, parents will learn what they need to know about living expenses, insurance needs and saving.

In addition, this year discussion tables and booths will expand to include financial information for college students. They can attend to learn about topics such as student loan repayment, scholarships and more.
