Summary of Work

The Bank of North Dakota is seeking a customer service focused individual to assist our Bank Operations team during a year-long system conversion. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8-5 p.m. with flexibility in the days and hours. To succeed in this position, you will be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively, and provide outstanding customer service to Bank of ND customers. The duties of this position include but are not limited to:

Wire Transfers: Take calls and key wires from customers. Perform call backs and verify outgoing wires. Provide wire system maintenance.

ACH: Perform ACH returns and notification of change (NOC’s) for respondent banks. Verify ACH returns and NOC’s for respondent banks.

BND Direct: Reset customer passwords. Provide customer research.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
