COVID-19 Update
As a preventative measure to protect and keep our customers and our employees healthy, we are limiting in-person services until further notice.
Student Loan Customers:
If you are impacted by COVID-19 and want to defer student loan payment or need any other assistance with a student loan, contact us at 701.328.5660, or 800.472.2166 ext. 328.5660. We are not providing in-person services at this time.
Checking and Savings Account Customers:
Lobby hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm for checking and savings account customers. Call 701.328.5840 to schedule an appointment to open an account.
Deposits and Payments:
Our Night Drop on the Northwest corner of the building may be utilized to drop off deposits or loan payments. Envelopes, deposit slips, and payment slips are provided in the SUPPLIES compartment located above the Drop Box handle for:
- Deposits – Complete a deposit slip. We will mail you a receipt.
- Student Loan, Agriculture and Residential Loan Payments – Include your payment coupon or complete a Mortgage/Student Payments slip. You MUST list a loan number or SSN to ensure your payment is applied correctly.
College SAVE Customers
Call customer service at 1.866.728.3529 for immediate assistance or email jbarnhardt@nd.gov. To mail in a contribution or make changes to your account, forms can be printed from collegesave4u.com, Manage Accounts and the Forms section with the address to the processing center.
Ag Loan Customers
Call 701.328.5801 for assistance.
